Project Seahorse is an IRS-approved 501c3 non-profit organization that we started… in memory of our daughter Emily Anne Roberts (11/4/2005-11/23/2005) and in honor of her surviving siblings Benjamin, Casey and Danielle (and big sister Ashley). The goal of Project Seahorse is to equip, honor and redeem the experiences of NICU families. If you would like to help Project Seahorse, there are three things that you can do immediately: 1) Check it out (www.projectseahorse.net); 2) Contribute ($30 provides one very nice Seahorse Packet that will be hand-delivered to a current NICU family); and 3) Share a preemie’s story (the “We Were Preemies” page of the website is simply a collection of stories of preemies of all ages–newborns to grown adults).
